Luke's Lobster Owner Lands 8-Foot Tuna Off Maine Coast

Luke Holden, the owner of Luke's Lobster, caught an 8-foot Atlantic Bluefin tuna off the coast of Maine on Aug. 19, 2026, NEWS CENTER Maine reported. Holden fought the fish for more than an hour before landing it, according to the station. NEWS CENTER Maine did not report the exact location of the catch, the vessel involved or what happened to the fish afterward. The tuna's size and the length of the fight were the only details included in the station's report.
