CMMC Nurses Union To File Federal Charges, Push Unionization Vote
The union plans a September 24, 2026 vote on unionizing as it prepares federal charges against CMMC and its owner.
A nurses' union at CMMC said it plans to file federal charges against the hospital and its owner, NEWS CENTER Maine reported. The union did not specify which federal agency or law would be involved. Nurses also said they still intend to go ahead with a vote on unionizing on September 24, 2026.
