House Speaker Mike Johnson Backs LePage at Bangor Brewery Event

U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., endorsed Republican 2nd Congressional District candidate Paul LePage during a campaign event at a Bangor brewery, NEWS CENTER Maine reported on October 14.

Johnson used the appearance to criticize LePage's opponent, Democrat Matt Dunlap, according to the report.

LePage, a former governor, is running in Maine's 2nd District, which covers the northern and eastern portions of the state, including Bangor.
