Kennebunk voters will decide a ballot question that would let the town donate land for the construction of three affordable homes, WGME CBS 13 reported on October 14, 2026.

The question was put forward by a Kennebunk nonprofit, which said the houses would be aimed at people who work locally.

The donation cannot proceed without voter approval, according to the station's report.
