Mastway Development Converts Gardiner Site Into Apartments

Mastway Development is converting a former T.W. Dick Co. property in downtown Gardiner into a new apartment complex called Iron Heights, according to Press Herald. The project is located at 1 Summer Street, where Mastway's Matt Morrill led a tour of the site. Morrill discussed turning the former commercial property into housing as part of the development. Press Herald did not report a timeline for the project's completion or its total cost.
