Garden Guys Landscaping Builds Patios and Clears Snow Across Greater Portland

Garden Guys Landscaping is a landscaping, hardscape and snow removal company based in Cape Elizabeth that serves Greater Portland and the rest of Southern Maine, according to its website. The company says it was founded by Jack Vose in 2016, growing out of a high school summer job run with minimal equipment into what its website now calls a full-service landscaping operation.

From a Summer Job to a Full Crew

Vose holds a University of Maine degree pairing civil engineering with environmental coursework, which the company's website says shapes its approach to stewardship and craftsmanship on every project. The website describes Garden Guys as locally owned and operated, with what it calls strong community ties throughout the Southern Maine towns it serves, including South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Portland, Scarborough, Falmouth, Westbrook and Old Orchard Beach.

Residential and Commercial Work

For homeowners, the company's listed services include landscape design, installation work such as sod, trees and shrubs, and hardscape projects like patios, walkways and retaining walls, according to its website. It also offers lawn care covering mowing, aeration and overseeding, ongoing maintenance such as pruning, mulching and cleanups, and residential snow plowing with ice management through the winter.

On the commercial side, the website says Garden Guys works with retail centers, office parks, homeowners associations and health care facilities, offering commercial hardscape construction such as entries, walkways and retaining walls, weekly grounds mowing, and contracted snow and ice management for lots and walkways.

A Four-Step Process

The company's website describes a four-step approach to projects: an initial visit to assess the property and discuss ideas, a detailed plan built around the client's preferences and budget, construction carried out by its crew, and a finished space the website says is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. The company also says it takes part in community activities, including an annual food drive, and lists (207) 809-9110 as its contact number.
