Blue Payment Agency, a Windham-based payment services firm, said on Oct. 15, 2026 that it is extending its credit card processing service to U.S. retailers selling knives, swords and other bladed weapons online, including those running custom-coded sites or sites built with artificial intelligence tools, according to a company announcement distributed by PR Newswire.

The company said the offering is aimed at merchants whose accounts have been rejected or terminated by Square, Stripe or PayPal. Blue Payment Agency pairs an individually underwritten merchant account with a payment gateway from AuthorizeNet or NMI, and said its staff reviews each applicant's website and product catalog before recommending an account. Approval depends on the specific business and the items it sells, which can range from hunting knives to collectible swords.

Merchants can use a gateway-hosted payment form or build a checkout with the gateway's API tools, the firm said. Support is offered by phone, text, email and screen-share.

"The owner doesn't need to have every technical answer before calling," said Alex Roy, owner of Blue Payment Agency.

The company said its staff is based entirely in the United States and handles applications, integration and ongoing support directly. Blue Payment Agency works with high-risk industries, including tactical and firearms-related businesses.
