Lucky Sevens, a bar and restaurant in Portland's West Bayside, began serving customers on Oct. 23, Portland Food Map reported.

The business occupies 82 Hanover St., the former home of Bar Publica. It is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Pricing is built around two numbers. Everything on the food menu — burgers, grilled cheese and fries — costs $7, as do the four house cocktails: margarita, Old Fashioned, 7 and 7, and gin and tonic. A dozen draft beers are $5 each, with Guinness, Allagash White, Narragansett and Bissell's Swish Lite among the pours.

The project comes from the group behind Bar Publica. Spencer Brantley is leading it with partners David Kelley and Ciaran Sheenhan, who founded Ri Ra.
