Hannaford's website and mobile app were offline as of October 13 while parent company Ahold Delhaize worked to address what it called a "security issue" within its network, WMTW reported.

The station's Terry Stackhouse reported on the outage and included a response from a Hannaford spokesperson. The grocer's online services were unavailable to customers during the disruption.

WMTW did not report when the website and app would be restored.
